Manage your customer data platform directly via API. Groups allow you to categorize contacts by region, behavior, or subscription status.

Member Management

You can add contacts to groups in three ways:
  1. Individual: Add a single contact via their UUID.
  2. Bulk Upload: Link thousands of contacts to a group in a single request.
  3. Dynamic Sync: Automate group membership via your internal CRM webhooks.
Deleting a group with the force parameter will remove all member relationships permanently.

Best Practices

  • Segmentation: Use specific groups (e.g., loyalty_members_uk) rather than one large list.
  • Metadata: Use contact profiles to store custom attributes like preferred_language.
